Registration for carry consultant*
- Please register in our shop and let us have your certificate per email to office@buzzidil.com. We will then activate your customer account for consultants' conditions.
- Before activation of your account you can just see consumer prices - conditions for professionals will just be shown after activation of your account.
- You can have one babycarrier of each type and size for your consultancy activities!
We do offer special rates for consultants on all babycarriers we have in stock.

I'm a retailer. How can I register?
To become a retailer just let us hava an email to office[at]buzzidil.com indicating your business details, if applicable your VAT number and your trade license. Please register in our shop - after clarifying all details we will activate your customer account as retailer account. Welcome to the team! Please note: Only when you are logged in with your retailer account your specific conditions will be visible and applicable.
How about the registration as a carry consultant?*
Please register in this online-shop and let us have your certificate per email to office@buzzidil.com. We will then activate your customer account for consultants' conditions.
How can I register?
Please go to www.buzzidil.com and select the "Register" item. There you can create a new customer account. As soon as we have all the documents from you, we will activate your account as a dealer or carry consultant.
What documents do I have to send with my registration?
As a retailer, please send us an email with the following content: website, business license and VAT number. After a subsequent check, we will activate your dealer account.
As a wearing consultant, kangaroo trainer, breastfeeding consultant or midwife, you can send us an email with your training certificate. After checking the documents, we will activate your account.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value.
What conditions are offered?
We do offer special rates for consultants on all babycarriers we have in stock.
Are there any other discounts?
There are promotions and voucher codes for retailers and carry consultant* at more or less regular intervals.
We provide information in our newsletter, in the Buzzidil Facebook group and also on the website. It is worthwhile to stop by regularly!
What payment options are there?
Payment is made via PayPal or bank transfer.
How quickly are the baby carriers shipped?
As soon as your payment has been received, the order will be sent. The delivery takes 2-3 working days. We ship with GLS or by post. Collection from the shop in Vienna is also possible.
Can I also order individual parts?
Of course, you can also only order individual baby carriers or accessories. There is no minimum order value.
Where can I get pictures for my website / online shop?
Please talk to us about it. You will receive a link and you can download the corresponding pictures.
Where can I be listed as a retailer / carry consultant?
There is a map that shows all Buzzidil retailer and carry consultants who have our baby carrier in their range. We allow ourselves to update the list regularly and remove retailers and carry consultants whose last order was more than 2 years ago.
What is the price of the baby carrier?
We know that our products are more expensive than other baby carriers on the market. But there is a simple reason for this:
We produce exclusively in Europe, our weaving mills are in Austria, we have seamstresses in Vienna and the production takes place in the EU. Sustainability comes at a price - but we know that our products last for many years and it is a corporate value not only to produce a good product, but also to think about the future of our children. And that starts with every little step.
